Beautiful William Morris Fabric From Closs & Hamblin. Featuring pomegranates and other Indian inspired motifs, this fabric was originally an indigo resist-dyed cotton made at the dyeworks of Thomas Wardle, Morris collaborator in understanding Indian indigo dyeing techniques. This versatile small-scale print from the Archive IV collection is available in four colourways. Please note shade variation may occur due to differences in screen resolution and manufacturer dye lots.

As a political theorist, publisher, environmental campaigner, poet, as well as an outstanding designer, William Morris (1834–1896) was one of the single most influential figures of the nineteenth century. Under his direction, Morris & Co. grew to the status of Arts & Crafts icon that it remains to this day.
Drawing inspiration from original 19th-century logbooks and William Morris designs in their archive, this authentic Morris & Co. collection is tailor-made for every budding craftsperson.
Sharing the unequivocal joy of familiarity, this collection is an interpretation of memories. Of sights, sounds, patterns and places. Of experiences and being together. The awakening of a budding landscape, sprinkled with bright greens, copper-tipped reds, summer yellows and framed by a sparkling blue sea. Warmth, growth and a renewing of life.
