This beautiful Sanderson fabric available from Closs & Hamblin. Chinoiserie designs were popular in Europe in the late 18th and early 19th Century. These were later re-interpreted as toile de jouy designs in the 19th Century. Engraved with a subtle block texture to give a softer more contemporary feel Pillemont Toile is printed in classic blues aqua and modern cerise and black to create an elegant blend of old and new. Also available as a woven fabric and wallpaper. Please note shade variation may occur due to differences in screen resolution and manufacturer dye lots.
